Q: How can I tell if an item is in stock?
A: We make every effort to remove out of stock items immediately. If the item becomes available again, we will add it to the store. In the case that an item you purchased is unavailable, we will contact you right away.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you receive a damaged or non-working item, please contact us at store@roughdraftband.com within 10 days of receipt for return instructions.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: No, we are unable to process international orders at this time.

Q: When can I expect my order to ship?
A: We strive to ship all orders in 3-5 business days.
Q: What are my options for shipping?
A: Currently, all orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). This is the most cost effective solution for us and our customers.
Q: What shipping services are available?
A: Currently, First-Class Mail is available for envelopes and small packages and Parcel Post for medium and large packages. Priority Mail is available for packages of any size.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: You will receive an email when your order ships. The following is a list of average delivery times according to USPS:
Priority Mail: 1-3 days
First-Class Mail: 1-3 days
Parcel Post: 2-9 days
Q: Can I track my order online?

Q: Can I add insurance to my order?
A: No, insurance is not available at this time.
Q: What if my package is lost?
A: Contact us at store@roughdraftband.com and we will work with USPS to locate your package. In the event that USPS cannot locate your package, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Q: Why was my shipping charge higher than the actual postage on my package?
A: We charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of boxes and packing materials.
